Love Island's Zara responds to her involvement in the Tanya and Shaq drama

Former Love Island contestant Zara Deniz Lackenby-Brown has responded after she was involuntarily dragged into Tanya Manhenga and Shaq Muhammad's drama.

Zara was dumped from the island earlier in the series, having been previously coupled up with Tom Clare.

However, during last night's (February 23) Movie Night, Tanya laid into Shaq over a clip of a conversation he had with Zara earlier in the series, even though Tanya herself is now coupled up with Martin.

Taking to her Instagram Stories, Zara shared an "it's none of my business" meme, captioning it: "Me hearing I'm somehow involved in the Shaq & Tanya saga".

A tweet from her purported Twitter account added: "Why am I getting mentioned in this Shaq & Tanya saga ???," accompanied by a meme of NeNe Leakes asking: "Now why am I in it?".

Following the dramatic events of Movie Night, Love Island is set to stir the pot further with the introduction of two new bombshells, Rosie and Keanan.

Speaking about who she has her eye on, Rosie said: "Casey, he’s got the personality and looks that I always go for. I’m unsure if he’s got the height but I can let that slide because he’s got everything else.

"I also like Tom, he’s very good-looking and tall. I feel like there is more to him, so I’m looking forward to seeing that. Kai is also very attractive, so I want to get to know him."

Keanan added: "It seems like everyone is stepping on each other's toes so I’m going to do the same! I’ve got my eye on Samie but Tom is obviously a big handsome lad – but in my opinion he doesn’t really get past the looks.

"I’m going in there to find a girl – that's my number one priority."

Love Island airs nightly on ITV2, and is available via catch up on ITVX and BritBox.
