Lucas Chow appointed CEO at Orchard Parade Holdings

The management of Orchard Parade Holdings Limited (OPHL) will undergo a reshuffle, with Lucas Chow (pictured) appointed as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, and Vincent Yik as the new Chief Financial Officer, effective 15 March.

Chow already serves as an Executive Director at Far East Organization. In his new position at OPHL, he will be involved with matters relating to the group's business strategies and direction, corporate policies and plans, as well as its general management.

Before joining OPHL and Far East, Chow was the CEO of MediaCorp. He also held several senior positions at SingTel and Hewlett-Packard, including CEO of SingTel Mobile.

Yik will be responsible for the company's financial matters, including statutory accounts and financial reports as well as the annual report for treasury, tax, shareholders and investor relations.

Prior to joining OPHL, he was the Chief Financial Officer of the Australia and New Zealand Banking Group in Singapore.

Meanwhile, Danny Peh Kok Kheng, currently Director of Financial Management at Far East, will step down from his post as Group Financial Controller on 15 March, in line with his new responsibilities at the firm. However, he will continue in his role as Chief Corporate Officer until 30 June.

"Orchard Parade Holdings Limited continues to perform well in its core businesses. By nurturing the strong foundations anchored by our core values and building on our real estate capabilities, we continue to invest with confidence in the strategic growth of the company," said Philip Ng, Executive Chairman of OPHL.
