I’m a Celebrity… South Africa finds its Final Four

I'm a Celebrity... South Africa spoilers follow.

The all-stars series of I'm a Celebrity... has said goodbye to two more campmates in a double elimination.

This South Africa-set season is gearing up to crown the first I'm a Celebrity... legend. Following tonight's (May 11) episode, Carol Vorderman and Paul Burrell left the race behind to go back to the comfort of their lives. The presenter and the former royal butler were eliminated after a stomach-churning challenge involving a very close encounter with snakes and insects.

Following their exits, the remaining contestants — Fatima Whitbread, Jordan Banjo, Myleene Klass and Phil Tufnell — were up for one of the most dreaded challenges of the show: the Celebrity Cyclone, the very first to be held in South Africa.

Armed with helmets and capes, the campmates were tasked with getting their stars onto the star markers by climbing a muddy slope as they were pelted with giant, rolling balls and pushed down with water.

After successfully completing the task, the Final Four were greeted by all their co-stars around the campfire.

While Fatima, Jordan, Myleene and Phil were rewarded with a feast at the waterfall, hosts Ant and Dec revealed the real reason why the ex-campmates were brought back.

The former winners had the unenviable job of choosing the final three, voting for the contestants who most deserved to make it to the final.

Unfortunately, the ending credits rolled right before Paul could announce the first finalists, meaning tomorrow's episode is one not to be missed.

I'm a Celebrity… South Africa airs on Mondays-Fridays at 9pm on ITV1 and streams on ITVX.
