Madonna, 64, goes Instagram official with boxer boyfriend Josh Popper, 29
Madonna appears to have confirmed her relationship with boxer Josh Popper as she shared a kiss with him in a picture posted to her Instagram Stories.
Last month, the Material Girl singer, 64, was reported to have called time on her five-month romance with 23-year-old Andrew Darnell.
A source claimed to Page Six at the time that they had only been dating “casually” and she was “not broken-hearted” by the split.
Rumours then soon began to swirl that the mum-of-six had moved on with Popper, 29, who is believed to be training her son David Banda at his New York based gym.
Fanning the flames was a series of pictures shared by her cosying up to the athlete in recent weeks.
Now, she has left little room for doubt after posting an image of them locking lips.
In photos taken at a party to celebrate Jewish festival Purim, Madonna can be seen dressed as Biblical figure Queen Esther in an all-black outfit, along with a ski mask type face covering.
Popper, meanwhile, is also wearing an all-black ensemble including a face covering, however, he is still recognisable.
One of the frames sees them sharing a passionate kiss through their masks.
Neither Madonna or Popper have as yet spoken out about their budding romance, but both have featured on each other’s socia media timelines.
The Standard has contacted a representative for Madonna for comment.
