The Queen of Pop is sharing a piece of her iconic career with fans for a good cause.

On Wednesday Madonna, 65, announced on Instagram that she and Jean Paul Gaultier have teamed up to release an exclusive T-shirt inspired by the gold corset she wore during her 1990 Blonde Ambition tour.

"All proceeds from this Special collaboration will benefit @RaisingMalawi and help provide critical medical interventions to orphans and vulnerable children at the Mercy James Center for Pediatric Surgery and Intensive Care," the star wrote in her caption, adding that the organization, along with the Mercy James Center, have provided over 11,000 surgeries since it opened in 2017.

Concluded Madonna: "Funds from these T-shirts will ensure that thousands more children will receive the surgical care they need to thrive and survive."

The superstar has been on her critically acclaimed Celebration Tour since October, and told fans earlier this month in Boston that she was thankful to be onstage with four of her "beautiful children" each night. (Madonna is mom to twins Estere and Stella, 11, Mercy James, 17, David Banda, 18, Lourdes, 27, and Rocco, 23.)

“I’m very grateful, because while they may need me as a mother, I must admit that I need them,” she said. “And I need you, and we need each other, because family isn’t just what you’re born into. Family is the family that you create. And if you feel like you’re part of my family turn the lights on your phone.”

Over the years the singer has shared photos and videos spending time in Africa and supporting her charity with her family. (She adopted David from the capital city of Lilongwe in 2008; a year later, she finalized the adoption of Mercy, whom she met in Blantyre; and in February 2017, she adopted Estere and Stella, who grew up in the same orphanage as David, Home of Hope.)

In 2017 Madonna invited PEOPLE to join her in Malawi for the launch of the Mercy James Pediatric Hospital.

"I love when my kids are in Africa," she said at the time. "Their selfless behavior, compared to the normal complaining in the privileged world we live in, is great to see."
