MAFS Australia star nearly misses Homestay Week

Married at First Sight Australia spoilers follow.

Married at First Sight Australia star Eden Harper almost missed her Homestay Week with Jayden Eynaud.

Tonight’s (April 16) episode saw three of the remaining six couples begin Homestay Week, which involves one party travelling to the home of the other.

Eden and Jayden have had a tumultuous journey thus far, but they had to put their differences aside as they prepared to travel to Gold Coast to visit Jayden’s family.

The night before they left, the pair got into an argument regarding their differing approaches to confrontation, with Eden preferring to stand back whilst Jayden opted to deal with matters head-on.

The incident led to a scare the following day. Eden was absent as Jayden prepared for his flight, and the star flew alone after she failed to turn up. She did eventually arrive, however, albeit on a separate flight as she needed to “clear her head.”

The time apart didn’t do much to settle their differences, however, with the pair continuing to argue about their different approaches. They had put on a brave face quickly, though, with Jayden’s family quizzing the pair as they had a BBQ.

After an awkward meal, Jayden’s brother attempted to get to the bottom of their clashes, with Jayden subsequently admitting that the couple might be incompatible – will they be able to move past this?...

Elsewhere, there was also trouble in paradise for Lucinda and Tim, with their week ending in disaster after Lucinda stormed off following a frank discussion about how they approach talking about their feelings.

There was brighter news for Lauren and Jonathan, with the couple reuniting following her temporary exit from the show. The pair enjoyed a romantic dinner as they cooked for each other, with their bond growing as a result.
