Married at First Sight UK spoilers follow.

Tonight's (November 1) episode of Married at First Sight UK saw two more contestants leave the experiment after an intense penultimate dinner party.

Following a couples swap challenge, each pair was tasked with writing a letter telling each other what they thought of their marriages. The revelations lead to Sean choosing to end his marriage with Mark.

After hearing concerns from fellow contestants over his and Mark's compatibility, Sean decided to pull his partner to one side and explain that he didn't want to continue.

"I need to be true to myself on this one, and after that letter as well, I don't see this going any further," Sean told Mark. "I'm gonna leave."

"I love you all, but unfortunately I've made the decision to leave," a tearful Sean later addressed the group as the pair said their goodbyes.

"It's a weight off my shoulders. I know I've made the right decision," he later told the camera, with Mark adding that he was "devastated" not to have been given the chance to work on their marriage.

Elsewhere in the episode, Erica and Jordan clashed over their decision not to participate in the couples swap. Jordan felt uncomfortable following the altercation with Luke and didn't want to take part in the exercise, and Erica revealed she felt like she'd missed out because of it.

Erica expressed these feelings at the dinner party, which frustrated Jordan.

"I'm allowed to feel how I f**king feel, do not invalidate how I feel," Erica later told her husband in private, with Jordan replying that he felt like she was blaming him.

"All they're doing now is point scoring," Mel noted of the couple's argument. "This is going nowhere."
