MAFS UK season 8 spoilers follow.

Luke Worley has opened up about a rule that MAFS UK cast members have to follow.

Viewers of the E4 reality show have seen Luke paired up with Jay Howard for the experiment, and they've chosen to stay together through the first two ceremonies of the series thus far.

However, some fans have speculated that Luke and Jay may not end up committing to one another at the end of the season because they've been photographed without their wedding rings.

Luke actually cleared this up during an interview with Snoochie Shy on the MAFS UK: It's Official! podcast last week when he explained the cast aren't allowed to wear their rings in public yet.

"This is actually a fact as well, so you're not allowed to wear your ring until the final episode's aired," he told Snoochie.

The reality star went on to explain: "I get that question a lot. When I was in my local pub, everyone was like, 'Oh where's your ring?' but like, we're not actually allowed to wear the ring. Everyone has to take it off, so no one knows if you're together or not."

Jay and Luke were among the first set of couples introduced in series eight, along with Tasha Jay and Paul Liba, Arthur Poremba and Laura Vaughan, Georges Berthonneau and Peggy Rose, Nathanial Valentino and Ella Morgan Clark, Thomas Kriaras and Rosaline Darlington, Porsha Pernnelle and Terence Edwards, and Brad Skelly and Shona Manderson.

Each couple were sent on a honeymoon following their initial commitment ceremony, with Jay and Luke being whisked away to Grenada.

The cast was expanded this week by the introduction of the intruder brides and grooms, who the dating experts have brought in to "shake everything up".
