Malaysia’s Most Property Projects Showcase In A Gallery
Premier Plus Group (‘Premier Plus’) has launched the opening of its new gallery at Johor Bahru Sentral (JBS), the building adjoining to Banggunan Sultan Iskandar (BSI) that is known as one of the world busiest CIQ complex with traffic of more than 300,000 travelers per day.
The new gallery is able to provide one stop center that host more than 50 projects across Iskandar Malaysia, and Desaru.
This gallery provide convenience to home buyer without needed to travel to multiple places for product comparison and house purchase. The gallery also aimed to educate and expose the general public and home buyers with the market latest development information.
Apart from house purchase, Premier Plus’s after sales and loan application team were there to assist the home buyer for the housing loan application.
The grand opening was attended by YM Tunku Dato’ Hassan Ibni Tunku Mohammed Archibald, Chairman of Premier Plus Property Group. YB Dato’ Haji Mohammed Jafni bin Md Shukor, Official Representative of Johor Chief Minister and Chairman of EXCO Perumahan dan Kerajaan Tempatan Negeri Johor. YBhg. Dato’ Sri Jacky Ker Cherk Yee, Executive Director of Premier Plus Property Group.

In conjunction of this event was the launching of “Home for Everyone” campaign, which aimed to help over 3,000 people, especially those in B40, M40, and T20 groups to own their houses in Johor.
The company aimed to offer value-for-money property that are most compatible with their demands, such as having the best location and home buying incentive for the home buyer. More than 20 project is participate in this campaign by providing extra incentive discount and incentive to home buyer.
At the same day, Premier Plus gallery has been awarded “The Most Property Projects Showcase in a Gallery” by The Malaysia Book of Record for its outstanding achievement.
