Malaysia Property Show this weekend
With Malaysian property investments continuing to be a popular trend among Singapore-based buyers because of the minimal foreign ownership restrictions, high capital appreciation and return of investment potential, as well as the favourable currency exchange rate, PropertyGuru will be hosting the 11th edition of its Malaysia Property Show (MPS) at Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre this weekend.
The two-day property exhibition will bring together top residential, commercial and mixed-use developments from across Malaysia, from developers such as UEM Sunrise, Gamuda Land, R&F Properties and Hatten Group.
MPS will feature a range of informative presentations from leading developers and industry experts including Greater Synergy Group CEO Ahyat Ishak, SkyBridge International CEO Adrian Un, Alpha Marketing Directorand Co-Founder Ryan Khoo, REI Group of Companies CEO and Co-Founder Dr. Daniel Gamber, and CoAssets CEO Getty Goh.
Another key feature of the event is the investors forum entitled Property outlook and investment strategies in Malaysia and Singapore for 2015 and beyond, which will take place on Saturday.

The Malaysia Property Show will take place on Saturday, 6 December, and Sunday, 7 December, at Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre, Level 4, Melati Room from 10am until 7pm.
