Man, 24, arrested for appearing nude in public places
SINGAPORE — A 24-year-old man who was seen naked in public in several photos and videos circulating online has been arrested by the police.
According to local media reports, the culprit will be charged in court on Saturday (11 June).
In one video, the man is seen riding a motorbike along the Pan Island Expressway while fully undressed and without a helmet.
He is also seen walking naked around a carpark and jumping onto a car without wearing any clothes in another recording.
The police told local media outlets that they were alerted to an incident on Thursday at about 5.45am where the suspect was seen walking naked at Block 212 Lorong 8 Toa Payoh.
The police are also investigating the man for other offences including public nuisance, doing an obscene act in public, trespassing, and traffic violations.
Investigations are ongoing.
