Married at First Sight's Evelyn addresses criticisms of show's edit
Married at First Sight Australia star Evelyn Ellis doesn't agree with criticisms directed towards the show's editing.
Having just appeared in the 10th season, Evelyn and Janelle Han took part in Yahoo's All-Star MAFS Reunion, where they spoke about the subject.
"For me, I know a lot of people talk about 'the edit' and how people are perceived, but I feel like it captures the main essence of the feeling of the room," said Evelyn (via The Daily Mail).
"So I wasn't too shocked or blown away by the famous 'edit'."

Model and marketing manager Evelyn went on to add: "I was like, yeah that happened, and obviously there was a steer in narration, but thoughts and feelings, I think it was pretty true to home - for me anyway."
Her co-star Janelle concurred, claiming that the final product was "pretty accurate".
"I think a lot of things don't get shown because you're filming for so long, but if they had to pick the top line of what happened in most relationships, I think that was shown," she said.

Their Married At First Sight Australia co-star Tayla Winter recently shared her feelings that she'd received a 'villain edit' on the show, but also noted "it is what it is".
"I've definitely been given the villain edit," she told Hit 100.9 Hobart's Dan and Christie.
"They didn't really have a female villain this year and I had to slide into that role a little bit.
"I don't think it's a true representation of myself and it's not reflecting who I am, but it is what it is. The people who know me know me."
Married at First Sight UK airs on E4 in the UK. Married at First Sight Australia airs on Nine Network in Australia and E4 in the UK.
