The Masked Singer US spoilers follow.

Two stars were unveiled during the latest episode of The Masked Singer US including a WWE icon.

Alexa Bliss was revealed to be the celebrity under the guise of Axolotl after panelist Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg correctly guessed her identity.

Speaking about her time on the show after her revelation, the professional wrestler shared the nerves that came with getting on stage to sing.

"This was something personal for me because I have actually crippling stage fright when it comes to singing," Alexa said. "I actually cried backstage before coming out here because I was just so nervous. But I am just so proud of myself because I conquered my fear."

The Country Night episode saw Fairy, Axolotl and Macaw competing against each other. After Bliss as Axolotl was first to be unmasked, Fairy and Macaw faced off with a performance of 'That Don't Impress Me Much' by Shania Twain.

Fairy's identity was revealed as 21 Jump Street actor Holly Robinson Peete after she lost the Battle Royale to Macaw.

No one guessed the star's identity, with judges McCarthy Wahlberg guessing Corrine Foxx, Nicole Sherzinger going with Tracee Ellis Ross, Robin Thicke going with Lori Harvey and Ken Jeong opting for Jennifer Aniston.

After previously surviving Sesame Street night, Robinson Peete revealed her connection to the show after being unmasked through her father, Matt Robinson, who was the original Gordon on the childhood favourite.

"He started the show," Holly said. "He introduced all these characters. The first time Oscar sang 'I love trash' my dad was standing there. He introduced Big Bird, all that, so as a five-year-old to have your daddy be Gordon, it was like the most amazing thing. So singing to Oscar, talk about a full circle moment, so that was amazing."

Macaw advanced to the next stage after performing 'Live Like You Were Dying' by Tim McGraw.

The Masked Singer US season 9 airs on Fox, while The Masked Singer UK airs on ITV1.
