A-Mei releases haunting video for "Faces of Paranoia"

15 Aug – Taiwanese pop diva A-Mei has recently released the music video of her new single "Faces of Paranoia".

According to CRI News, the music video, which was partly shot in an abandoned psychiatric hospital, will touch upon taboo subjects, including domestic violence.

Meanwhile, it has already attracted nearly 300,000 views on YouTube since its release on 10 August.

Admitting that she herself was frightened by the set-up, A-Mei revealed that the record label has invested millions of Taiwanese dollars to create the haunting atmosphere of the video.

"Faces of Paranoia" is the fourth single released from A-Mei's latest album of the same name, which was released back in July.
