Michelle Wie West has been married to her husband, Jonnie West, since 2019.

The former professional golfer, who began playing the sport at age 4, met Jonnie through mutual friends.

“The first time they met in person they seemed so comfortable with each other,” Jeehae Lee, a friend of Michelle, told Golfweek in 2021. “It wasn't being too polite or hiding behind something. They were just comfortable being themselves, which I felt was such a good sign. They really are each other's go-tos.”

Michelle and Jonnie's first child, daughter Makenna, was born in June 2020. She became a big sister in October 2024 when Michelle gave birth to the couple's son, Jagger Jerry YooJun.
