Miranda Lambert Teases Unreleased Song 'For Anyone Who Needs to Move On'

Miranda Lambert is planning something big for 2024, as the release of her 10th studio album approaches. In May, Miranda dropped the album's first single "Wranglers," after teasing the song's release on social media for weeks leading up to the drop.

Miranda's recent activity on TikTok leads us to believe that her next single is coming very soon. Over the course of three days, Miranda teased an unreleased song three times on her TikTok. "Unreleased song for anyone who needs to move on from an unsupportive situation...," Miranda wrote on her June 22 post.

Her most recent post and two previous videos included a 26 second audio clip of the song. "Yeah now that I made it to the other side/ I hope you’re counting’ singles in your double wide/ Smokin’ cigarettes like they’re goin’ out of style/ Turnin’ me up on your radio dial/ You gave up till the very last minute/ Now that I’m gone, I’ve got your attention," Miranda belts out in the melody.

The snippet is reminiscent of Miranda's early music from albums like Kerosene and Revolution, which fans and Miranda herself also pointed out about "Wranglers."

Fans immediately lost it in the comments, begging Miranda to release the song and applauding Miranda's return to her roots. Fans commented:

  • "This is the Miranda I’ve been MISSING! I need it NOW!"

  • "It’s giving Revolution & it’s curing my soul"

  • "YOU HAVE TO RELEASE THIS SONG IT IS SO GOOD"

  • "This is healing ❤️🩹 - brings me back to the 2000s country melodies"

  • "We need this song like yesterday. I can’t freaking wait"

Miranda definitely has something in the works for this song, and we suspect it will make the cut for her upcoming album. The "Gunpowder & Lead" singer has yet to reveal her plans for the unnamed song or announce a release date for the full track. If her "Wranglers" tease and release strategy is any indication, she will drop the song sooner rather than later.
