Sean “Diddy” Combs’ ex-girlfriend Misa Hylton is speaking out after their son Justin and his brother Christian were handcuffed amid a highly publicized property raid on Combs’ Los Angeles home late last month.

Hylton, 51, posted security video footage of the March 25 raid to Instagram on Tuesday, and called out the Homeland Security agents who executed the raid for their “overzealous and overtly militarized force” against Justin Combs, 30, and his brother Christian "King" Combs, 26.

“[The force] used against my sons Justin and Christian is deplorable. If these were the sons of a non-Black celebrity, they would not have been handled with the same aggression,” she wrote. “The attempt to humiliate and terrorize these innocent young BLACK MEN is despicable!”

She continued, writing that “enough is enough,” and that the boys’ attorney Jeffrey Licthman was investigating the “excessive use of force” used on Justin and Christian, which she called “unnecessary and certainly not required by this search warrant.”

“Did Justin need several laser beams from firearms pointed at his chest?? Did Christian need a gun pointed at the back of his head while he was handcuffed??” she wrote. “How many times have we seen young UNARMED BLACK MEN not make it out of these types of situations alive??”

The security footage shared by Hylton shows the heavily armed federal agents entering Combs’s home and pushing Christian, who had his hands above his head, against a wall while handcuffing him. Justin is also seen in the video walking with his hands above his head while a gun is aimed at him. Both Justin and Christian were handcuffed outside the estate as they spoke with authorities, though both were released without arrest.

“We will fight for justice utilizing every imaginable resource,” Hylton wrote in her caption. “I’m not with the propaganda!!!!”

Lichtman did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.

The raid on Combs’ homes in Los Angeles and Miami were part of an ongoing Homeland Security investigation, reportedly looking into allegations similar to those being made in two pending lawsuits accusing the music mogul, 54, of sex trafficking.

One of those suits, filed in February by record producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones Jr., names Justin as a defendant, and claims he “solicits prostitutes, underage girls and sex workers.” His attorney responded to the suit upon its filing, saying in a statement that the “absurd allegations… are all lies,” according to Rolling Stone.

“This is a clear example of a desperate person taking desperate measures in hopes of a pay day,” the statement read. “There will be legal consequences for ALL defamatory statements made about the Combs family.”

Christian — whom Combs shared with his late ex-girlfriend Kim Porter — was also accused in the suit of drugging and sexually assaulting a woman, and Jones wrote that a complaint is forthcoming.

Shortly after the raids were executed, Combs’ attorney Aaron Dyer slammed them as a “gross overuse of military-level force.”

“This unprecedented ambush…leads to a premature rush to judgment of Mr. Combs and is nothing more than a witch hunt based on meritless accusations made in civil lawsuits,” he wrote. “Mr. Combs is innocent and will continue to fight every single day to clear his name.”

On Monday, Christian celebrated his 26th birthday. Hylton shared a special note to her Instagram Story, sharing a photo of him and writing “Happy Birthday Chris! Love youuuuu,” with a series of red hearts.

Hylton previously shared a series of cryptic posts that seemed tied to Combs in June 2023, the same day Justin was arrested and charged with DUI in Los Angeles.

In a series of posts, she appeared to air her grievances with Combs — though the two later shared friendly exchanges in since-deleted Instagram comments.
