Mode Sukhumvit 61 in Bangkok set for launch

Gaysorn Property, which develops branded properties for refined quality living, is gearing up to launch its second condo project on Sukhumvit Soi 61.

The THB1.3 billion (US$42.35 million) condo project, Mode Sukhumvit 61, is expected to be launched next month. It comprises two eight-storey condominium developments situated on a two-rai plot in Sukhumvit 61. Unit sizes range between 43.6 and 87.5 sq m and prices start from THB128,000 psm (US$4,170).

Fafuen Temboonkiat, Managing Director of Gaysorn, said the new development generated 15 percent pre-sales from its soft launch early this year.

"We're looking to close sales for this project within a year," he said.

Mr. Fafuen noted that the targeted buyers for the Mode will be different from those of the previous project. The Mode will focus more on younger buyers.
