A 23-year-old mom has died after attempting to rescue her three children from their burning home in Georgia.

Madison Summerville sprang into action on Thursday after noticing her home was on fire, according to her sister Chasidy Summerville, who created a GoFundMe campaign after the deadly blaze.

Spalding County fire officials found the home fully engulfed in flames when they arrived at the scene, ABC affiliate WSB-TV reported.

Spalding County Fire Marshal Rocky White said the woman helped one of her kids out of the home on Old Atlanta Road while neighbors helped the other two children escape, according to NBC affiliate WXIA-TV.
