Natalie Portman Says She's 'Still Not Over' Meeting Rihanna as She Shares Sweet Hug Photo
The stars shared a special moment after bumping into each other at Dior's Paris Fashion Week show
Natalie Portman still has Rihanna on the brain!
On Monday, the May December star, 42, and “Umbrella” singer, 35, bumped into each other outside of the Dior Haute Couture show at Paris Fashion Week, leading to one of the best crossovers of the year.
Their sweet interaction, shared by Bustle on Instagram, began with a big hug before the two stars started raving about each other.
“I love you,” Portman told the singer, who reciprocated: “I am a f---ing fan.”

“You are one of the hottest bitches in Hollywood. Forever,” Rihanna added.
The Oscar winner couldn’t contain herself, telling the singer, “Are you kidding me? I’m gonna faint. I’m gonna black out.”
She then fangirled right back, telling Rihanna, “I love you and I listen to your music all the time… you’re just such a queen. Thank you.”

The two then snapped a photo together — following a request from Rihanna and an enthusiastic “please” from Portman — before embracing again.
One of their hugs was captured in a candid photo, which the Black Swan actress then shared on Instagram on Wednesday, revealing that the special moment is still on her mind.
She captioned the post, “Still not over this… 🥹” — and evidently, she’s not the only one.
In the comments, the sweet interaction was met with love from some more stars, including Portman’s May December costar Julianne Moore, who dropped a fire emoji, and America Ferrera, who wrote, “None of us will ever be over this meeting of Queens.”

Earlier this month, Portman made headlines for another sweet crossover after meeting fellow Star Wars franchise star Mark Hamill at the 2024 Golden Globes.

It was a family reunion of sorts, as Hamill’s Luke Skywalker, introduced in 1977's A New Hope, is the son of Portman’s Padmé Amidala, introduced in 1999's The Phantom Menace.
Hamill, 72, shared a photo of the pair together on X (formerly Twitter), and nodded to their characters’ family ties, writing, "Now I have finally met my 'mother', thanks to the @goldenglobes.”
