Exciting news Pokémon fans – Netflix's Pokémon Concierge will be getting more episodes.

The TV series, which follows a girl called Haru who lands the dream job of concierge at the Pokémon Resort, debuted back in December on the streamer.

It has now been revealed that more is coming, the official Pokémon account sharing in a post on X (formerly Twitter): "Exciting news, Trainers! New episodes of Pokémon Concierge are in production! Stay tuned for updates!"

The first season garnered acclaim upon its debut, and stands at 100% fresh on Rotten Tomatoes, with an 89% audience score.

The show includes Japanese and English dubs, with the voice talents of Rena Nōnen and The Boys' Karen Fukuhara bringing Haru to life, respectively.

The series' full synopsis reads: "At the Pokémon Resort, Pokémon get to live on a southern paradise island, roam freely, and reside in harmony with the resort staff.

"Hoping for a fresh start, Haru comes to the resort to work as a concierge. As she learns how to make her guests happy, Haru also embarks on a journey of adventure, friendship, and self-discovery."

In other Pokémon news, fellow TV series Pokémon Horizons recently landed in the UK on BBC iPlayer.

The show comes after the conclusion of Ash Ketchum's journey, and follows the story of new heroes Liko and Roy as they explore the world of Pokémon.

Speaking about releasing the series on the BBC in the UK, senior marketing director at The Pokémon Company International Peter Murphy said: “This is a truly special moment for the Pokémon animated series as we introduce fans to our brand-new protagonists Liko and Roy on their adventures across the world of Pokémon."

Pokémon Concierge is streaming now on Netflix.
