Completion of peace process must before promulgation of new Nepal Constitution: Official

Kathmandu, Apr. 27 (ANI): Nepal Prime Minister Jhalanath Kanal's chief advisor Prakash Jwala said on Wednesday that the new constitution must not be promulgated prior to the completion of the peace process. Speaking at a programme here, Jwala said the ongoing processes of peace and statute drafting have been hampered due to extremist tendencies of the Nepali Congress (NC) and the UCPN (Maoist). Kantipur quoted Jwala as saying that the peace and the statute drafting processes must be piloted in tandem. (ANI)
