Next in Fashion season 2 spoilers follow.

Queer Eye's Tan France returned to our screens for Next in Fashion season two on March 3, where he and supermodel Gigi Hadid kept a close eye on twelve up-and-coming designers vying for a $200,000 cash prize and the opportunity to debut their visionary looks on e-commerce fashion platform Rent the Runway.

As well as being judged by Tan and Gigi, the designer's had to impress a number of celebrity guest judges, including Donatella Versace (we're still not over this), Helena Christensen, Emma Chamberlain, Isabel Marant, Olivier Rousteing, Bella Hadid, Candice Swanepoel, Hailey Bieber, Gabriella Karefa-Johnson, Ashley Park and Jennifer Hyman.

Our twelve budding creatives were eventually cut down to finalists Bao Tranchi, Deontré Hancock and Nigel Xavier, who had to create an entire collection for the final runway... in just three days.

All three impressed the judges with their final looks, but it was Nigel who came out on top.

A win may be a win, but Deontré and Bao had already made a name for themselves before the show, and reaching the final will surely propel their careers even further.

But what has Bao been up to since the Next in Fashion season-two finale?

Where is Bao Tranchi now?

Before competing on Next in Fashion, Bao had already established herself as a successful designer with her fashion-forward clothing line, aptly named Bao Tranchi.

But, since the show, she's collaborated with footwear brand United Nude and launched a festive collection, which featured in the pages of Harper's Bazaar Vietnam.

She also attended the premiere of Zac Efron's new movie The Greatest Beer Run Ever, thanks to her cushty job as the film's costume designer.

Bao is no stranger to rubbing shoulders with the stars, though, having also worked as a costume designer on Charlie's Angels, Hedwig and the Angry Inch, and created looks for Jennifer Lopez (including one for her 2018 Superbowl performance, no less!), Nicki Minaj, and Laverne Cox.

She's even designed an outfit for Next in Fashion judge Gigi Hadid, who sported one of Bao's looks at the 2015 American Music Awards.

And it doesn't stop there. At Next in Fashion's season two premiere, X-Men's James McAvoy gushed over Bao and had high praise for a coat she'd previously designed for a photoshoot he did after starring in Atonement.

Bao's designs, many of which feature her trademark cutout patterns, share an "absolute love and passion for the woman's body," according to Tudum.

That's exactly why model Ashley Graham's costume for the 2016 Vanity Fair Oscar Party is one Bao's favourite garments, because she "celebrated [Graham's] body in a manner that had previously been reserved only for sample size bodies."

Bao's says her look sparked a conversation about "what was properly sexy for a plus-sized woman," and that it became a "huge viral fashion moment."

Next in Fashion seasons 1 and 2 are available to watch on Netflix.
