Niall Horan went the extra mile to help a dedicated fan fulfill a years-old promise she made to him on social media.

The Irish singer, 30, posted a video to TikTok on Friday, June 14, revealing the very special reason he upgraded one fan's tickets to the front row when he made his Madison Square Garden debut as a solo performer on Thursday, June 13 in New York City.

"[A] couple of years ago, a fan named Megan tweeted me saying 'Niall, sell out MSG and I'll be in the front row," he said as he quoted a 2022 post from Twitter (now X) which was displayed on the screen.

As seen in the video, Horan replied to her tweet at the time: "If I could I would" with a laughing emoji.

Well, he did, and when he heard Megan had gotten tickets to see his milestone performance as a soloist, the "Slow Hands" singer made sure Megan was in the front row, as she'd promised she'd be.

"I just found out that Megan's here somewhere, but she doesn't have front-row seats, which doesn't feel right. Let's see what we can do," he continued in the video, displaying one of Megan's posts, asking the historic venue to add a front-row seat for her so she could keep her promise to the former One Direction member at Thursday night's show.

The video then cut to Megan, wearing an all-white outfit and telling someone off-camera about her 2022 tweet, including where she was when he replied to her.

"I cannot believe we're here and I'm just so proud of him," Megan said, before the person off camera asked her if she'd gotten front-row seats.

"Unfortunately I couldn't," she said. "But I'm still here and I wouldn't trade it for the world."

The person behind the camera then gave Horan's fan a big surprise, saying, "So Niall actually wanted me to give you this" and handing her front row tickets with a note from the "Put a Little Love on Me" singer.

As seen in the video, Megan collapsed to the floor before reading Horan's note on camera.

"Hello Megan! You promised me you'd be front row if I sold out MSG and here we are....you're here but not in the front row. We can't have that now can we?" his note read, as seen in the video. "Hope this helps. x Nial."

"No this isn't real!" Megan said through tears, still on the floor as she held the tickets.

The video then cuts to footage of Horan on the MSG stage Thursday night, showing Megan dancing in the front row.

"You better believe it was real," the text over Horan's sweet video read.

The "Heaven" singer last performed a headlining show at the famous Manhattan venue in 2012 as a member of One Direction.
