Nicholas Tse won't invite Faye Wong to "Chef Nic"
4 Dec – Shu Qi, Raymond Lam, Jam Hsiao, Jolin Tsai, Jessica Jung - those are among the many celebrities who have graced Nicholas Tse's food show, "Chef Nic".
However, if there is one person who the actor is reluctant to invite, that would be his own girlfriend, Chinese songstress, Faye Wong.
As reported on Mingpao, the actor, who appeared as a celebrity chef at Macau's City of Dreams' gala dinner recently, shared with the media that he will be flying off to Norway next month to record "Chef Nic".
But when asked if he will eventually invite Faye as a guest star on his show, Nic said that he would not be doing so, saying that he prefers not to put his personal life in the foreground.
"Work is work. It should be separated from personal life so not to confuse it," he said.
In related news, Nic is also planning to hold a concert next year, adding that he would like to create a new form of mixing singing performance and cooking.
"I want it to be like a gourmet carnival. But it's not easy to get approval. We are currently looking for a suitable location," he said.
