Nick Viall Bought Fiancée Natalie Joy an $8,000 Louis Vuitton Bag as a Push Present — and She Returned It
The couple recently welcomed their first baby together, a daughter named River Rose
Nick Viall may have overshot his budget on a push present for fiancée Natalie Joy.
On this week's episode of The Viall Files, the Bachelor alum, 43, and his fiancée were joined by Heidi Montag Pratt and Spencer Pratt, where the couples talked about buying Birkin bags, prompting Joy to reveal the expensive gift Viall had recently bought for her.
"Nick bought me an $8,000 Louis Vuitton bag for my push present and I was like, this makes me nauseous. I was like, we gotta return this, this makes me nauseous," Joy admits.

"It was a test," Viall jokes.
"It was a test and I was being frugal and let's return this and get a little cosmetic case," Joy adds.
Later in the conversation, the newly minted dad shared his justification for buying the gift.
"I bought it in New York, I had a gig, a nice little paying gig and then I was feeling generous," he explains. "Here she is, 9 months pregnant with my child. It's the least I could do and so I bought this bag. And then Natalie being who she is, the very frugal queen, we took it back."
Joy and Viall welcomed their baby daughter River Rose in February. In an earlier podcast, the two detailed Joy's experience giving birth to their little girl.
"My entire first trimester, I was like, Nick. I will never do this again, like this will be your one child unless we go surrogacy because I will never go through this. It was that bad," said Joy.
"Second trimester, blissful, beautiful. I loved it. It was amazing. Third trimester, very just large and uncomfortable and I started getting a lot of fluid."
"Once I started the pushing process, like it was truly a breeze. I would delivery a baby a hundred times over," Joy said. "It's really the pregnancy, the nine months, that was harder on me."
"It was crazy," Viall recalled. "I honestly was like, 'Wow, she's really good looking because I was like, I didn't really know what to expect. But she came out skin to skin right away with Natalie. I kind of stuck my hand, my finger and she grabbed it."
