Nike Previews Highlights of Its Late 2024 and Early 2025 Sneakers Including the Legendary Foamposite ‘Galaxy’

More from Footwear News

Nike’s recent turn to giving official previews of its forthcoming sneaker releases well ahead of schedule continued Thursday through a livestream on the SNKRS app.

A number of sneakers have been confirmed to arrive from the fall 2024 season all the way through spring 2025. The undisputed highlight of the lineup is the first-ever rerelease of the Air Foamposite One “Galaxy,” one of the most hyped sneakers of all-time. Originally released during the NBA All-Star weekend in 2012, the Foamposite printed with a colorful nebula graphic has sold for as much as $2,000 on the resale market. Police had to shut down an in-person release in New York City, and a riot broke out over the sneakers at a mall in Florida.

Among the other sneakers previewed by Nike are the Dunk Low “Berlin” and Air Force 1 “Paris coming as part of the “City Series,” two Swarovski crystal-covered Air Max Plus colorways and Gore-Tex-equipped editions of the Air Max Sunder. Below, Footwear News takes you through all the forthcoming sneakers announced.
