Matcha Wafer Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 12-oz. white chocolate candy melts

  • 1 tablespoon matcha green tea powder

  • 1 11 oz package Nilla Wafer Cookies

  • Chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

  • Place the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and melt in 30 second intervals until smooth.

  • Sift in the matcha green tea powder and fold until fully combined.

  • Using a fork, dip the wafer cookies into the matcha chocolate mixture. Let the excess chocolate drizzle off. Place on the baking sheet.

  • For decoration, melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals until completely melted and drizzle over the wafers.

  • Let the cookies harden at room temperature. Serve when set.
