'Not an extended holiday': Ong Ye Kung explains leave of absence for students, MOE staff who have travelled to China

SINGAPORE — Education Minister Ong Ye Kung explained on Monday (27 January) how the Ministry of Education would be implementing a 14-day leave of absence for staff and students who have been to China in the past two weeks.

He was speaking at a press conference for the multi-ministry taskforce set up to respond to the coronavirus outbreak in China.
