These aren’t your Park Ave suit blazers. Everywhere else in NYC, the ladies are wearing oversized styles with wide-leg pants, denim skirts and shorts, and even making them feel a bit sporty with leggings and sneakers.

3. Long Coats
Long coats (also called maxi coats) are all over the streets. As temps warm up, the top style is probably the lightweight trench coat. It’s perfect for chilly and rainy spring days but also pairs well with a simple tank and jeans on a warmer day.

4. Denim Maxi Skirts
Maxi skirts are making a comeback thanks to the wave of reinstated Y2K trends. However, if you’re unsure about trying one out, know that denim maxi skirts are just like regular jeans but comfier.

5. Quiet Luxury Handbags
Quiet luxury is essentially high-end fashion without the big, bold labels naming it as such. Right now, NYC girls are all about simple, timeless handbags that aren’t overly flashy.
