Overwatch 2, Gentle Monster partner to release D.Va-themed glasses, exclusive skin
Gentle Monster's D.Va-themed sunglasses also come with an exclusive redemption code that unlock an exclusive D.Va skin in Overwatch 2 and other in-game items
Blizzard's team shooter Overwatch 2 has partnered with South Korean luxury eyewear brand Gentle Monster to release exclusive sunglasses themed after iconic Overwatch character D.Va, alongside limited edition in-game skins.
The partnership celebrates the recent release of Overwatch 2's Invasion update, which includes a new support hero in Illari, new story missions, and PvE content.
Headlining the project will be the GENTLE TOKKI edition pack, consisting of the D.Va-themed sunglasses, called TOKKI, and in-game skins.
The ‘TOKKI' eyewear reinterprets D.Va's signature headgear with Gentle Monster's distinct aesthetic, even including an attachable D.Va figure, and is available in two colours.
The sunglasses also come in a special package box themed after D.Va's signature mech.
Each package also contains an exclusive redemption code that unlock exclusive GENTLE TOKKI D.Va skins and other in-game items.
However, Overwatch 2 players who don't buy the pack can still purchase the skins themselves for a limited period, starting on 17 August.
The GENTLE TOKKI edition pack, featuring the collaboration eyewear, will also be exclusively gifted to lucky winners selected through an online draw.
Fans can participate in the Instagram “Gentle Monster x Overwatch 2 Challenge” from 17 to 31 August by uploading a photo or video taken with the D.Va filter to their Instagram account.
