Paddy McGuinness has charmed fans with an adorable video of his three-year-old singing to him.
The clip shared on Instagram shows Felicity – who is on the autistic spectrum – treating her dad to a sweet rendition of What A Wonderful World by Louis Armstrong as he pushes her along in her buggy on a rainy day.
“I know how hard being a parent can be but children are so innocent and pure,” wrote the Top Gear star, whose six-year-old twins with wife Christine are also autistic.
“It’s these moments that are so special.
“Here’s my 3 year old daughter Felicity.
“It’s raining, we’re in the middle of a global pandemic and the news seems to get worse everyday, yet here she is, singing about how wonderful the world is.”
“Thank you baby girl,” added the presenter.
“I hope and pray you’ll still be singing this song, with all your friends, in years to come.”
Paddy’s clip of Felicity went down a storm on social media, with fans saying that it had made their day.
“Absolutely beautiful. Had a lump in my throat!!” one appreciative fan posted on Instagram, while another wrote: “Awwww heart warmed and healed!”
“This makes my heart happy,” said another person.
Paddy and Christine tied the knot in 2011 and welcomed twins Leo and Penelope in 2013.
In 2017 they revealed the twins had been diagnosed with autism, and earlier this year they shared that Felicity was also on the autistic spectrum.
Christine has been open about the challenges this has presented for the family, particularly amid the coronavirus lockdown.
