Paradigm Hires Kyle Jensen and Jamie Kaye-Phillips, Promotes Matthew Nutty, Taps Brian Neal for Napoli Management Group

Paradigm Talent Agency has hired Kyle Jensen as a literary content agent and Jamie Kaye-Phillips as a theatre literary content agent, and promoted Matthew Nutty to talent agent. In addition, Napoli Management Group, which is a division of Paradigm Media Entertainment, has tapped Brian Neal as an agent.

Jensen joins Paradigm from Verve, where he represented creators across film, television and animation for seven years. He began his career at WME as a trainee in the talent department, and previously held positions at Maker Studios, where he led development and production of projects in the digital space.

Kaye-Phillips joins the agency from UTA, where he represented Broadway’s established and rising stars for seven years. He held previous positions as the vice president of theatrical productions for Weinstein Live Entertainment, and as a co-producer at Jeffrey Finn Productions, where he produced Broadway shows including “An Act of God,” “I’ll Eat You Last,” “Seminar” and the Tony-nominated “The Elephant Man.”

Nutty will now serve as a talent agent, promoted from his position as talent coordinator. He previously held positions at Independent Artist Group (then known as APA), where he started in the mailroom and later became an executive assistant. He joined Paradigm as an assistant in the talent department in 2019 before being promoted to talent coordinator in 2022.

Neal will represent all levels of on-air talent in the national broadcast news space. A 23-year veteran of the television news industry, he has worked in television news markets across the country. He most recently served as news director at WLEX, the NBC affiliate in Lexington, Ky. He previously served in news management positions at WXII and WGHP in the Greensboro-Winston-Salem-High Point, N.C., market.

Jensen and Nutty will be based out of the Los Angeles office, while Kaye-Phillips will be based out of the New York office.
