Paulina Gretzky Shares Video of Husband Dustin Johnson’s 40th Birthday Bash Full of Cowboy Hats, Fireworks and Shots

The actress and the pro golfer celebrated his milestone birthday with friends and her hockey legend father, Wayne Gretzky

Paulina Gretzky celebrated husband Dustin Johnson's 40th birthday with friends and family, including her hockey legend dad, Wayne Gretzky.

On Friday, June 28, the Grown Ups 2 actress shared a video, days after Johnson’s June 22 birthday, showcasing the pro golfer's wild cowboy-themed celebration for the milestone occasion.

"locals only ♫♪" Paulina, 35, captioned the reel, which was soundtracked by Shaboozey’s "A Bar Song (Tipsy)."

In the video, the couple and their sons — Tatum, 9, and River, 7 — can be seen exiting a convertible while wearing cowboy hats and boots to enter the party. The bash featured beer pong tables, personalized tequila bottles commemorating the big day and a country music singalong.

Later in the video, multi-layered cakes with sparkler candles were brought out. The evening ended with fireworks and a kiss from the couple.

Among the guests tagged in the reel were Paulina’s parents, Wayne and Janet Gretzky, Southern Charm's Austen Kroll, equestrian athlete Hannah Selleck and singer Kid Rock.

Paulina and Johnson got engaged in 2013 months after they started dating and tied the knot nine years later in 2022 at Blackberry Farm, located three hours outside of Nashville.

The couple supports each other on the golf course and at home.

In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE in December 2020, the professional golfer gushed about his then-fiancée and how they make a great team.

"She's such a big supporter of mine ... obviously, with golf or any professional athlete, or even a business, you got to have somebody to support you," he said.

"I've spent a lot of time away from home, or at the golf course, or traveling on the road, whatever it is,” he added. “So you need that special person, especially with the kids, she does a great job taking care of everything else, so all I got to do is worry about golf."

More recently, Johnson is among several professional golfers featured in the new season of Netflix's Full Swing, which came out in March 2024.

In a confessional on the show, Paulina gushed about their relationship, saying "I love traveling with Dustin. I love being there with him. We have fun, we love being with each other. I'm the girl saying my husband loves to hang out with me, OK, but that's how I feel."
