Wimbledon’s in full swing, and there’s no better way to celebrate than with a cocktail that’s as British as strawberries and cream. Pimm’s, the iconic summer tipple, has knocked it out of the park with their latest creation: the Strawberries and Cream Cocktail. This delightful drink is a collaboration with The Ivy, that bastion of British dining, and will be available exclusively at their venues across the country.

This isn’t just any cocktail – it’s a love letter to summer. Imagine the classic Pimm’s No 1 mingling with the sweetness of fresh strawberries and apples, all enveloped in a creamy, indulgent finish. It’s like someone took the essence of Wimbledon and poured it into a glass.

Lucy Barrett, the maestro of Pimm’s marketing, puts it perfectly: “Pimm’s and Wimbledon are like strawberries and cream – they just belong together. Teaming up with The Ivy felt like the perfect way to bring this spirit of summer to life. Our Strawberries and Cream Cocktail is a modern twist on a classic English staple, and we’re confident it’ll be a smash hit with anyone wanting to enjoy Wimbledon in style.”

Known for its elegant dining and sophisticated vibes, The Ivy is the ideal stage for this summer star. David Ray, The Ivy’s director of bars, is just as excited: “We’re thrilled to join forces with Pimm’s to offer this exclusive cocktail. The Strawberries and Cream Cocktail is a fantastic addition to our summer menu, perfectly capturing the lively and celebratory mood of our restaurants during Wimbledon. Pop into any of our locations nationwide and savour this summer sensation.”
