“Sueños is more than just its lineup, it is a cultural celebration bringing Chicago’s diverse Latin community together to experience music, dance, art, food and drinks under the sun,” the company states in a press release shared with Variety. “Going into the festival’s third year in 2024, Sueños’ goal is for the festival to be a place where fans can feel free, seen and connect to further build community right in the heart of Chicago.”

The festival will once again take place in downtown Chicago with festival passes going on sale Jan. 25th at http://www.suenosmusicfestival.com.

Latin Mafia and Peso are also both slated to play Coachella in April this year. After a breakthrough in 2023, Peso is also scheduled to play the Viña del Mar International Song Festival in Chile later this February.

Meanwhile, Alejandro and Maluma both released albums in 2023 and followed with extensive tours. Maluma embarked on his “Don Juan” tour in support of his album of the same name, while Alejandro played a set of international dates and released his “Saturno” spin-off record, “Playa Saturno.” Cornejo similarly finished his “Terapia Tour” — his biggest and most ambitious outing in the United States — in November.

The 2023 Sueños festival welcomed stars like Ivy Queen, Becky G, Eladio Carrion, Chencho Corleone, Junior H, Gera MX, Ryan Castro, Young Miko and Pao Pao, among others.
