Check out this awesome photo of 7-foot-6 Manute Bol and 5-foot-7 Spud Webb, taken in 1985. Shortly before these two joined the NBA, they were teammates in United States Basketball League’s Rhode Island Gulls.

Coincidentally, another former player of the Gulls is Muggsy Bogues – the shortest NBA player of all time. Looks like they may have a thing for extreme heights.
