PM not custodian of Coalgate files: Kamal Nath

After the Parliament house got adjourned earlier on Tuesday on the debates about the missing files in Coal Allocation scam and on the demand by the BJP leader Sushma Swaraj that Prime Minister Manmohan Singh should be answerable on the issue, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kamal Nath said that the PM is not the custodian of the files and therefore he is not accountable for the lost files. He further said that is the opposition is looking for excuses to disrupt the functioning of the Parliament, it can be anything, including the bad weather condition.
