Police Stand in Front of Blazing Bus Amid Dublin Protests

Irish police clashed with protesters in Dublin’s city center late on Thursday, November 23, after violent protests erupted in the area following a stabbing incident near a local school earlier in the day.

Police Commissioner Drew Harris said “a complete lunatic, hooligan faction driven by far-right ideology” was behind the disorder on Thursday night, the Irish Independent reported.

Multiple vehicles, including buses, cars, and a tram, were set alight and multiple stores were looted in the city, according to the report.
