Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis are sending a special message to their dad in a brand new way!

On Father's Day, Prince William and Kate Middleton shared a new photo of the Prince of Wales with his three kids on social media. The snap, taken by Princess Kate, came with a note from the royal kids.

"We love you, Papa. Happy Father’s Day 💕 G, C & L," read the caption, listing George, Charlotte and Louis' first initials. It marked the first time a social media post was signed by the royal siblings.

The Prince and Princess of Wales are known to sign social media posts that come directly from them with their first initials — "W" for William and "C" for Catherine — and the same tactic was used to indicate the note from George, Charlotte and Louis.

It was previously revealed that Prince William's children call him "Papa." On U.K. Mother's Day in 2021, Kensington Palace shared the cards that Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, 9, and Prince Louis, 6, wrote to their late grandmother, Princess Diana.

"I am thinking of you on Mother's Day. I love you very much," Princess Charlotte wrote at the time. "Papa is missing you. Lots of love."

The Father's Day photo showed Prince William surrounded by his three children on the beach. The snap, taken from behind, was captured by Kate in Norfolk last month.

On June 15, Prince William, 41, and Princess Kate, 42, stepped out with their three kids for the first time this year at Trooping the Colour in London. The family of five joined King Charles, Queen Camilla and more at the British Army's annual parade organized for the King's official birthday, which marked the Princess of Wales' first public appearance since she announced her cancer diagnosis in March and her first public outing with the royal family since Christmas.

A little rain didn't detract from the magic of the second Trooping the Colour of King Charles' reign, where Prince William rode on horseback and Princess Kate traveled in the Glass Coach with Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

King Charles, 75, took a carriage with Queen Camilla instead of riding on horseback as he in the past amid his cancer treatment. He watched as the Irish Guards (of which Princess Kate serves as honorary colonel) presented their flag, or "colours," at Horse Guards Parade.

Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis had a few classic sibling interactions throughout the pageantry, from the young princess telling her little brother to "stop" as he danced to the band at Horse Guards Parade and showing him how to hold his arms straight during the royal family's appearance on the balcony of Buckingham Palace.

Charlotte and Louis are known to share a sweet bond, and Prince William joked the day after the coronation in May 2023 that his daughter was tired from keeping her little brother in line at King Charles' crowning.
