Rebecca Loos appeared on Good Morning Britain today (October 30) to speak out in the wake of the David Beckham's Netflix documentary.

Loos, who worked as the footballer's personal assistant, had previously claimed the two had a four-month-long affair while he was playing for Real Madrid in 2003. After David and his wife Victoria addressed Loos' claims in the Beckham docuseries, the former PA has criticised the narrative and how the documentary portrays her.

Whilst Beckham has always seemingly denied the claims, Loos suggested to interviewers Richard Madeley and Kate Garraway that Beckham has never actually done so but instead deflected: "He's not denied it, he's never denied it. He has said that my claims are ludicrous. Ludicrous is not denying, ludicrous can be truth. Ludicrous is a term used by lawyers to give to their clients when they don't want to admit to the truth. They say: 'Use the word ludicrous, it will deflect attention'.

"I think by him not acknowledging the responsibility, he is giving a message that it's okay to behave like this," Loos continued. "And I think that is a wrong message to give. My message is: you make mistakes, own up to them, say sorry, move on and that's what I'm teaching my kids. Be honest, be truthful and apologise and then 'boom' you can move on with life."

Loos went on to become a TV personality and model after the scandal resulted in her losing her job with the Beckhams. She has now stepped away from the limelight and lives in Norway with her husband and her two children of 11 and 14 years old.

In her chat on GMB, she also explained what motivated her to revisit the claimed affair, explaining she's been on the receiving end of some "awful trolling".

"When this documentary came out and everything that happened after the documentary came out, I tried very hard to just let it go and get on with my life," she said.

"But it just really bothered me, the little angle at how he'd played the narrative and how misleading it is and how it's making me look like the bad person. Of course, I'm also guilty, it takes two to tango. It's not all his fault, but it's both of us."

In the docuseries released earlier this month, David discussed the pressure after the alleged affair was revealed.

"It was the first time that me and Victoria had been put under that kind of pressure in our marriage," David said, referencing the "horrible stories" printed about his marriage.

For her part, Victoria said the time was "the hardest period for us", adding: "It felt like the world was against us. And here's the thing: we were against each other, if I'm being completely honest."

Beckham is available to stream on Netflix, while Good Morning Britain airs weekdays on ITV1 and ITVX.
