Rebecca Zhu denies dating Charles Chan
13 May - TVB actress Rebecca Zhu has recently dismissed rumours of romance with TVB Chairman, Charles Chan.
Previously, it was alleged that the actress' rumoured relationship with Don Li was a smoke screen to divert people's attention from her affair with Charles.
Sources claimed that the actress, who hasn't been getting enough jobs to cater to her lavish lifestyle, has caught the attention of Chan, who had since given her more opportunities in her career.
However, according to Mingpao, Rebecca has recently denied the rumours.
Speaking to the media at the commencement ceremony of her new series, Rebecca stated, "I only see the boss [Charles Chan] in public. I have no contact with him whatsoever in private."
She also denied reports of her lavish lifestyle, after reporters claimed that she is currently residing in a serviced apartment in Admiralty, and was seen sporting a Hermes bag and Rimowa luggage at the airport after returning from Europe recently.
Rebecca said that it is normal for anybody to want to have a quality bag or a luggage to travel with, and that she usually flew Economy. As for the house in Admiralty, Rebecca said that it was her friend's and she was only visiting.
"I am not dating anybody right now. I am in no hurry to get married. I will let God decide," she added.
