It seems like Reneé Rapp is excited for Beyoncé's country era.

During a concert in Paris on Tuesday, the Mean Girls star performed a cover of Queen Bey's 2016 country track "Daddy Lessons" from her Lemonade album — shortly after the superstar revealed she's pivoting back to the unexpected genre.

Rapp, 24, paid homage to Texas by performing the Houston native's song while sporting a T-shirt featuring a photo of Tejano icon Selena Quintanilla, who was born in Lake Jackson and moved to Corpus Christi at a young age.

During the performance of "Daddy Lessons," according to fan-filmed videos on social media, Rapp's audience instinctively sang Beyoncé's ad-libs in between lyrics. She later invited the crowd to join in for the song's vocal riffs, and as the song came to a close, they clapped along to the beat.

"Daddy Lessons" finds Beyoncé, 42, reflecting on her upbringing and singing lyrics about learning to shoot a gun from her father, though it's unclear if the song is autobiographical.

"He held in his arms / And he taught me to be strong / He told me when he's gone / 'Here's what you do / When trouble comes in town / And men like me come around' / Oh, my daddy said shoot / Oh, my daddy said shoot," sings the Destiny's Child alum.

Rapp's live cover of the song arrives days after Beyoncé unveiled two new country songs — "Texas Hold 'Em" and "16 Carriages" — as the first offerings from her upcoming album, the follow-up to 2022's Renaissance, currently teased as "Act II."

On Friday, the "Break My Soul" singer revealed her next album will be released on March 19. She teased the project with a video of herself driving through the desert as several men stare at a billboard featuring Beyoncé in a cowboy hat alongside the words, "Texas! Hold 'Em."
