How to get Resplendent Sparks in Diablo 4
Stockpiling Resplendent Sparks in Diablo 4 is one of the ways you can potentially skip the grind to get a specific Uber Unique. Let's say you want the new Tyrael's Might uber, but fighting the Duriel and Andariel bosses is getting you other ubers instead. Well, by dismantling those spares into Resplendent Sparks, you can craft the one you want.
For those familiar with gacha games, it's quite similar to a pity currency; you don't get the right drop, but it still contributes to you eventually getting the item you want. The good news is that there are new ways to get Resplendent Sparks this season, too, letting you build towards crafting an uber. All that said, here's how to get Resplendent Sparks plus a run through of how the process works.
How to get Resplendent Sparks
There are currently four different ways to get Resplendent Sparks in Diablo 4:
Reach reputation rank 18 with the Iron Wolves in the Season of Loot Reborn and claim the 'Highest Honors of the Iron Wolves' reputation cache to get one spark
Defeat a Tormented Echo boss for the first time each season to get one spark
Defeat the Uber Lilith boss for the first time on Torment world tier to get one spark
Salvage any Uber Unique at the blacksmith to get one spark
The easiest of these three options is maxing out your rank with Soudeh the Anvil in the Iron Wolves encampment by doing the Helltide Reborn seasonal activity. This is actually repeatable on alt characters, too, meaning if you're levelling multiple classes, you can claim a Resplendent Spark for each.
Your other options are defeating your first Tormented Echo boss. These are level 200 versions of regular bosses that you summon at their altars for three times the regular material cost plus Stygian Stones. You can also beat the Uber Lilith boss for a spark. Lastly, you can salvage any spare Uber Uniques you have.

The Grandfather
Andariel's Visage
Melted Heart of Selig
Ring of Starless Skies
Harlequin Crest
Ahavarion, Spear of Lycander
Tyrael's Might
Of course, since these are so rare, you should only dismantle any spare copies of each that you have, while keeping at least one for yourself for when the season ends and your gear transfers to the Eternal Realm. You get one Resplendent Spark for every one Uber Unique you salvage—the spark itself will show up in the salvaged resources listed for dismantling it.
Once you have four Resplendent Sparks and 50 million gold, head to any alchemist, and they'll exchange them for a shiny new Uber Unique of your choice in the Transmutation section. This will let you craft one you don't have yet. It might also be worth saving your sparks since presumably any future Uber Uniques will be added to this pool. If there's one you really want all of a sudden, you'll be able to grab it at the alchemist straight away vs. having to grind for it with Duriel or Andariel.
