RNC's Embarrassing Website Error Spawns Hilarious 'Tonight Show' Trump Spoof

This year’s Republican National Convention will be held near the stunning turquoise waters and white sand beaches of Milwaukee, according to a parody video shown on “The Tonight Show” Wednesday.

Jimmy Fallon trotted out the spoof ad for the July event in Wisconsin after the RNC was found to be using an image of Vietnam’s Ho Chi Minh City instead of Milwaukee on the convention website.

The ad featured a voice-over from Fallon’s Donald Trump. “Next month the RNC invites you to experience beautiful Milwaukee, because it’s time for Republicans to take our country back,” it begins, over footage of a tropical white sand coastline.

“From the Capitol building to the White House, we’ll celebrate the wall on our southern border,” it goes on, showing images of the Taj Mahal, a White Castle restaurant and the Great Wall of China.

After reporters noticed it this week, the photo of Ho Chi Minh City on the RNC’s website was replaced with an image of the actual host city.
