Robert Pattinson Sells L.A. Home in Quiet Off-Market Deal After News He's Expecting Baby with Suki Waterhouse

The actor has reportedly owned the ranch-style home for nearly a decade

Robert Pattinson has said goodbye to a longtime L.A. home amid some big personal news.

The actor, whose girlfriend Suki Waterhouse recently revealed that the couple are expecting their first child together, has sold his one-time bachelor pad in an off-market deal, PEOPLE confirms.

The buyer was represented by Chase Rogers of The Beverly Hills Estates and Robb Report was first to report on the sale.

In November, Waterhouse took the stage at the Corona Capital Festival in Mexico and surprised the crowd by sharing the news. In a fan-captured video posted on X (formerly Twitter), Waterhouse, dressed in a glittery pink minidress, said, "I'm extra sparkly today because I thought it might distract you from something else that's going on."

She proceeded to flap open her coat to reveal a baby bump, as the crowd erupted in cheers. "I'm not sure if it's working," she jokingly added.

The model and singer has been dating the Batman actor for more than five years. They were first romantically linked in July 2018, when a source told PEOPLE they were "dating" after they were spotted putting on some PDA while out together in London.

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom, nearly-2,000 sq. ft. spread still features the terracotta floors and beamed ceilings typical of the style.

Outside, there's a brick patio with an al fresco dining room topped with a trellis as well as a small grassy lawn and a shady in-ground pool.

There's also a large wooden gate at the end of the driveway and hedges lining the lot, affording extra privacy for an A-list resident.

An outdoor breezeway lines the length of the home, enabling seamless indoor-outdoor living.

Inside, the design highlights include ornately carved wood doors, skylights, and dramatic arched doorways.

Robb reports the actor purchased the home nearly a decade ago for $2.2 million and has since purchased another, more expensive property in the Los Angeles area.
