Rod Stewart and Son Liam Share Their 'Rockstar Martini' Recipe for Father's Day
In a video, the music icon and his son — who recently got married in Croatia on May 21 — break down how to make their whisky "Rockstar Martini"

In a video filmed at the music icon's country estate in Essex, the duo hilariously demonstrate how to make what they call a "Rockstar Martini," a twist on the popular "Pornstar Martini."
"Welcome everybody to our Father’s Day celebrations," Rod, 79, says at the start of the video. "My son here, Liam, is going to teach you how to make a rockstar martini — and I’m the rockstar!”
Liam, 29, then plays bartender as he mixes up all the ingredients of the martini: Rod's Wolfie's Whisky (in place of vodka), passion fruit liqueur, vanilla syrup, lime juice and champagne.

In a behind-the-scenes blooper reel, Rod cracks even more jokes as he and Liam film.
“Family is incredibly precious, and I’m grateful that I get to spend as much time as I do with my kids between travel and touring,” Rod said in a statement. “I try to bring us all together as much as I can. I’ve always loved Father’s Day — it’s a bit of an excuse to get everyone together, isn’t it? I always raise a toast to my dad Robert too, although this year we’ll be celebrating with a Wolfie’s Rockstar Martini, which will go down a treat with the rest of the family.”
Rod recently reunited with all eight of his kids at Liam's wedding to his now-wife Nicole Artukovich in Croatia on Friday, May 31. (Rod shares Liam and daughter Renee, 31, with ex-wife Rachel Hunter; daughter Sarah, 59, with ex-girlfriend Susannah Boffey; daughter Kimberly, 44, and son Sean, 43, with ex-wife Alana Stewart; daughter Ruby, 36, with ex-girlfriend Kelly Emberg; and sons Alastair, 18, and Aiden, 13 with wife Penny Lancaster.)

This will be Liam's second Father's Day as a dad, after welcoming 1-year-old son Louie with Artukovich in May 2023. Father's Day will also mark Rod and Lancaster's 17-year wedding anniversary.
After his tour stop at the Mercedes Benz arena in Berlin on Saturday, June 15, Rod will fly back to England to celebrate his anniversary with Lancaster, 53, and mark Father’s Day with his family.
In addition to his tour, Rod has been hard at work on Wolfie's Whisky. Shortly after launching the brand in May 2023, he explained to PEOPLE that it had been something he'd wanted to do "for a while."
"I have a lot of Scottish blood in me having a Scottish father, and I'm proud of my Scottish heritage," he said. "Whisky is the number one drink from Scotland. I wouldn't say it was a natural move — I didn't use to drink it, but I do now. I've actually fallen in love with whisky, and I like it in cocktails. So we're keeping our fingers crossed for a big success."
