The series, which was created by Matafeo, follows the star's character Jessie, a New Zealander in London who has a one-night stand with an A-list star called Tom Kapoor (Nikesh Patel).

Series 3 will see Jessie explore a new single life after parting ways with Tom, the synopsis adding: "Two years on from the breakup, Jessie navigates the pressures of adulthood and is confronted with the consequences of her own choices as her friends move on to the next stages in their lives, while Jessie is left questioning what she is really looking for."

It has also been confirmed that Doctor Who's John Simm has joined the cast, while Minnie Driver returns in her role as Tom’s agent Cath.
