Rumer Willis is loving her first Thanksgiving as a mom!

On Thursday, the 35-year-old shared a series of sweet snaps on Instagram to mark her 7-month-old daughter Louetta's first holiday celebration.

In the first photo, Louetta, who Willis welcomed in April with her boyfriend Derek Richard Thomas, can be seen playing with a wooden stacking toy in a teepee while wearing a pair of cozy knit pants.

This was followed by a shot of Willis and Thomas wearing big smiles as Willis cradles their daughter in a baby sling. Musician Thomas also placed a hand on his girlfriend's arm in the family photo.

"Thankful…..," the actress captioned the post.

Earlier this week, the Once Upon a Time... in Hollywood star exclusively opened up to PEOPLE about seeing her parents Bruce Willis, 68, and Demi Moore, 61, bond with her little girl.

"I think inherently, some of the most magical parts of myself are definitely from them, so I feel like that will be passed down to her," she said. "I love watching them with her."

Meanwhile, back in August, Rumer told PEOPLE that Louetta isn't the moniker she and Thomas originally had in mind.

"We were thinking about the name Loretta, and it was a typo. Her dad and I were texting, and he left the 'R' out of Loretta, and it was just Louetta," Rumer shared while discussing her partnership with Crate & Barrel for a baby friendly home makeover before her little girl's arrival.

"I was like, 'Oh, I love that!' I feel like it was one of those kind of divine intervention universe moments, and we figured it out actually quite early in my pregnancy," the new mom said.

Once they got the name, Willis admits she spent some time worrying it wouldn't be a good fit.

"What was scary was, I love this name, but oh man, is it going to be her name? Is it the right name? What if she comes out and doesn't look like this?" she recalled considering.

"I fell in love with the name so much, so early on, that I was then worried that it wouldn't work. But then she came out, and I mean, to me, at least right now, I was going to name her Lou, whether she was a boy or a girl."

Rumer said she and Thomas also like the "versatility" of the name, explaining, "I wanted to find something that had a lot of versatility. If she doesn't feel like a Louetta, she can go by Lou, she can go by Etta. She can go change it up throughout her life. Whatever she wants."
