Rumer Willis is toasting a year of personal growth and family bonding.

On Friday, the actress, 35, reflected on 2023 in a candid Instagram post, where she listed over 30 milestones she reached throughout the past 12 months.

"Finding my way back to myself…. Last year was incredibly dynamic, I grew a human being, gave birth at home (with no drugs) surrounded by my family," Willis captioned a pair of sunny bathtub-shot selfies.

She then noted that the year marked "a new relationship while being pregnant and postpartum" and allowed her the opportunity to fall in love with "the tiny love of my life Lou" — her now-8-month-old daughter Louetta Isley, whom she shares with partner Derek Richard Thomas.

"[I] softened, became less resistant to my own bulls---, threw pots on a wheel, did 6 [a.m.] ocean swims 4x a week in the winter, learned about what real intimacy looks like, working on being the most honest authentic version of myself, healing my trauma so I don’t pass it on to my daughter, celebrated 7 years of sobriety, showed myself [I'm] not a weenie hehe," Willis added of her accomplishments.

The Once Upon a Time ... in Hollywood actress also shared in her post that other recent milestones included chilly ones, like going for a dip in an "ice cold river," and major personal achievements such as having felt "more beautiful and comfortable in my skin than I ever have."

Willis wrote that she also made sure to spend quality time with her family throughout the year, following her father Bruce Willis' frontotemporal dementia diagnosis in February.

Highlighting "precious love-filled moments" with them, Willis said, "[I] wrote lullaby’s with my daughters dad, shared moments of wonder at the tiny being who chose us, spent precious love filled moments with my Daddio, learned from my mama, celebrated my first Mother’s Day and found strength in myself I didn’t know existed and watched my daughter grow in front of my eyes,"

"I don’t know what this next year will bring but man I can’t wait to see what’s next," she concluded the candid post.

The new mom previously toasted the new year in Instagram photos she shared earlier in the week, featuring both her daughter and Thomas on a quick getaway in both the sun and snow.

"So grateful for my tiny family ✨," Willis captioned the set of photos featuring her loved ones outdoors and snuggled up inside.

She previously spoke with PEOPLE in November about her family lineage, as she described what it meant to be passing on her brood's "magic" to Louetta.

"I think inherently, some of the most magical parts of myself are definitely from them," Willis said of her actor father, 68, and her mother Demi Moore. "So I feel like that will be passed down to her. I love watching them with her."
